Delete your account — “Estifham”

You can delete your Estifham account and its data at any time:

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open the game and sign in.
2. Tap Settings ⚙️ on the home screen.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: by email

Email nasseralmajdali@gmail.com from the address registered in the game with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your email address, name and account ID.
• Unused purchased games. Note: they cannot be restored or refunded after deletion.

What is kept

• Purchase records (Google Play order number, product and date), for accounting and so a purchase is never counted twice, with only the deleted account's internal ID, no email or name.
• The free-game count of a device, keyed by a hashed device identifier rather than your account, so the free game is not given twice.
